Booleus was a citizen from Canada.

He was born on Day 568 of the New World, in British Columbia, Canada. He lived in Quebec. He was an active Minister, and platoon leader in the Canadian Armed Forces.

He has spent his time in Cabinet congress and general eRepublik life being a proponent of what he calls "Operation Teabag", an invasion of the United Kingdom by Canada and her allies. When the invasion was launched, Booleus was very happy, but stood against peace with the United Kingdom at the time of the EDEN withdrawal.
