Formation

• On 1st of October CTRL was founded by Brazil, Poland, Spain and USA.^[1]
• On 31st of October Spain left CTRL.^[2]
• Less than an hour later, CTRL was dissolved and became one of the youngest alliances to dissolve at only 1 month old.^[3]
