شهروندان عادی
اگر شما رئیس جمهور ویا نماینده مجلس نیستید تنها میتوانید فهرست لوایح وطرح ها را ببینید:
- نام ونوع لایحه یا طرح
- زمان پیشنهاد آن
- وضعیت (تصویب شده ,درحال رای گیری ,ردشده)و
- پیوند به جزئیات هرکدام
نمایندگان کنگره
مهم: هرنماینده در هردوره تنها میتواند دو طرح به کنگره ارائه کند , پس مراقب باشید که چه طرحی را به کنگره میدهید .
میتوانید یکی از طرح های زیر را انتخاب کنید Propose a law, با کلیک بر روی:
- حق شهروندیجدید (پیشنهاد تغییر مقدار پولی را که هر شهر وند جدید در بدو ورود از خزانه در یافت میکند بدهید)ا
توجه: شما نمیتوانید پیشنهادی برای حق شهروندی کمتر از پنج واحد پول رایج مملکتی را بدهید.
- انتقال پول (پیشنهاد میزان پولی /طلا را برای انتقال از خزانه کشور به یک شرکت بدهید)ا
توجه:
- شما نمیتوانید پولی را به یک شهروند منتقل کنید.
- در خلال رای گیری, طلا/پول پیشنهاد شده برای انتقال نمیتواند در جایی مصرف شود.
- چاپ پول (پیشنهاد میزان چاپ پول رایج مملکتی را بدهید)ا
توجه: چاپ پول مشمول مالیات به طلا خواهد شد. مالیت برای چاپ پول برابر با 1 واحد وجه رایج مملکت= 0.005 طلا خواهد بود.
- مالیات هاتغییر (پیشنهاد برای تغییر مالیات ها)ا
توجه: شما نمیتوانید پیشنهاد مالیت کمتر از 1% را بدهید, you cannot propose a import tax or VAT higher that 99% and income tax higher than 50%. Also, raw materials do not have a VAT included in their price.
- Minimum wage (propose a change in the minimum salary which employees receive)
Note: You cannot propose a minimum wage lower than 1 monetary unit of the local currency.
- President Impeachment (propose a forcible removal of the country's president)
Note: For this law to be considered accepted, 66% of the Congress votes are necessary. If accepted, the president will be out of the office and the next candidate in the last elections will replace him.
A Congress Member can resign from his/her position simply by clicking the “Resign” button.
President
The president can propose an unlimited number of laws. President can propose the following changes:
- Message to new citizens - every new citizen will receive this message.
Note: This message cannot be longer than 2000 characters.
- Buy:
- Hospital - buy hospital to one of regions.
- Defense system - buy defense systems.
- Mutual Protection Pact - propose MPP with another country.
Note: Signing MPP will cost 30 Gold from both country treasures. It expires in one month.
- Declare war (and propose peace)
Cost: 200 Gold + an amount of Gold equal to 10% of the citizens able to fight (having at least 25 experience points) in the attacking country.
- Trading Embargoes - propose embargo with another country.
Note: Any trade embargo will expire after one month.
How Laws Are Voted
For every law, when it is proposed, there will be a Debate link so that the Congress Members/President can add a link to the discussion concerning this law.
Like stated before, the Congress Members can propose only 2 laws in a mandate, while the Presidents can propose an unlimited number of laws.
Two or more Congress Members cannot propose the same type of law in the same time.
Example: If a Congress Member proposes a New citizen fee and it is in the voting stage, no other Member can propose another change until that law isn't voted.
This applies also for the President. He cannot propose a law if another one of the same type is in voting process.
The voting period for each law is 24 hours.
In order for a law to pass (except President Impeachment), the votes must be at least 50% yes (it does not matter the how many votes were expressed).
The President can also vote the proposed laws. So, basically, the President and the Congress Members can vote once for each proposed law, but the laws that they can propose are different.
