Salaries

Salaries for Q1 level companies and for 50+ wellness:

  • Skill 7 = 45 CZK
  • Skill 6 = 35 CZK
  • Skill 5 = 25 CZK
  • Skill 4 = 20 CZK
  • Skill 3 = 15 CZK
  • Skill 2 = 15 CZK
  • Skill 1 = 10 CZK
  1. For each higher Q-level of the company, +2 CZK will be paid. (eg. skill 7 in Q3 company will receive 49 CZK)
  2. Skill 3 - 7 workers with wellness over 90 will receive a salary increase of +5 CZK. (skill 7 in Q3 company and wellness over 90 would receive 54 CZK)

Policies

  • CybCorp and all its official representatives adhere to the eRepublik Laws.
  • CybCorp repects the Constitution of the Czech Republic and any passed laws that are not in conflict with the constitution.
  • CybCorp's main interests are profit margin and the creation of a social environment for its employees.
  • CybCorp won't actively engage in politics, but it reserves the right to lobby for laws that would benefit Czech companies and/or its employees.
  • CybCorp respects the privacy of each employee. The company won't pass any personal information whatsoever regarding employees without the prior approval of the respective employee. This includes, among other things, all information/messages exchanged between the company and the respective employee.

Employment

  • CybCorp hires all employees regardless of age, gender, race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation or political affiliation. The only criteria for employment are these:
    • Salary will be determined based on the appropriate worker skill.
    • Employees are required to work at least five days out of seven. If any employee fails to do so, the company reserves the right to end employment without prior notice.
    • CybCorp reserves the right to NOT hire employees who have worked for CybCorp twice in previous 10 days before.
  • CybCorp will help all its employees with questions and/or problems they may have with eRepublik related issues.
