Debildevil was the 8th President of Mexico and the third party president of the GPB.
His death was discovered on January 27th, 2009. He resurrected on April 3th 2009

Early Life
Debildevil was born during the Balkan War in Istanbul, Turkey. There he has joined the Turkish Liberation Front that later became Ambrotos Byzantium Kratos. During the Lidoxan Diaspora he followed Prophet elephantman to the promised land of Mexico.
Mexican Era
After Arrival in Mexico he joined the El Gran Partido del Burrito. When Elephantman was executed and Morui Teldakoi stepped down from Party Presidency of the GPB, Debildevil as third in command took over and lead the party to a glorious triumph in the elections.
Korean Era
In April 2009 he rose from the dead and traveled to South Korea where he joined the Workers' Party of Korea.
Chinese Era
After the violent annexation of South Korea by China, debildevil became a Chinese citizen, but still fights for the Juche cause as a member of the Juche Box Party. He is one of the goons rebelling against Snayke.
Newspaper
Debildevil owns the renowned "The Daily Shan-Dong" paper in China. Although it does not update regularly it usually does at least one edition per week. It contains many pictures to address the sinking IQ levels of today's eRepublik players.
