Democratic People's Party was political party of Malaysia.
Democratic People's Party (DPP) was formerly known as Democratic Action Party (DAP). DAP has been a successful political party in the formative years of Malaysia - including a 5 terms consecutive run at the Country Presidency. Over this period, DAP has grown to be the biggest political party in Malaysia (till Oct 2009), sponsored the construction of the first Q5 hospital in Malaysia, mentored/assisted hundreds of newbies and contributed immensely to the socio-economic development of Malaysia. It is from these great ashes, rises the Democratic People's Party (DPP).
