ELT0P0 was a citizen of North Korea.

He travelled around the New World and fought mainly in the war between Spain and France and in WG before settling in North Korea.

Media

He created Worker journal although he wasn't a great writer. He obtained 10 newspaper subscriptions.

Politics

He was a former member of the North Workers Party (later known as Korean Labour Party) from February to March of 2010 and participated in the Congress elections of February 2010, when he got only 3 votes as a representative in Pyongan which was not enough to get elected.

Since the failure of that election, he became inactive in the game.

Later NWP has disappeared and converted to Korean Labour Party, managed by Sterus who let ELT0P0 to become one of the first Congressman of the party.
