Esoom, more commonly known as Moose, is a resident of the United States of America. He was a two-term mayor of Austin where he placed the first Q4 Hospital in the USA and sparked a massive population boom for the city. He is perhaps more well known though for spearheading the reformation and creation of the USA's first Official Army. He has laid the framework for the future NSC Chairmen to build upon. He has also been lucky enough to have played with and learned from some of the best minds to have ever lived in the eUSA. These include, but are not limited to, Nave Saikiliah, Dishmcds, Daphne Lilac and others.
