eUSAF Flight Training was the introductory branch to the United States Armed Forces.

Creation

Flight Training was created on day 1,706 by order of the Israel Stevens administration. Upon deciding that the current training program was not fulfilling its intended objectives, Israel Stevens tasked Synesi with the creation of a new training program that would act as the gateway to the United States Armed Forces. This program was named Flight Training.[1]

Structure

The most basic organizational unit in Flight Training is the Training Wing. Each Training Wing is run by a Wing Commanding Officer and a Wing Executive Officer. Every new recruit is placed directly into a Training Wing upon being accepted into the program. Multiple wings are grouped together to form a Division. A Division is run by the Division Commanding Officer who is tasked with ensuring that all the Wings in his division are running smoothly and efficiently. At this time, Flight Training contains one division, which is broken up into four Training Wings. The Flight Training Commanding Officer and Executive Officer are responsible for ensuring that Flight Training is meeting its objectives as the official training program for the USAF.
