A General Manager of a company is its owner.
To become a General Manager, you must purchase or create a business. To do this, citizens have to be former employees and have worked least one day. Organizations can also serve as General Managers.
As a General Manager you cannot work. You will make money through the profits of your business. Additionally, you will lose 1 Wellness per day for each company you own. Therefore, organizations are often created to manage those companies so that the owner may still work.
General Managers have additional options on the Company (presentation page) that allow them to post jobs, manage employees, sell goods, and purchase raw materials.
