Beginnings
Global Defense Report is an American newspaper owned by Desertfalcon that specializes in writing about eRepublik wars. Started March 31, it has been actively following and reporting on every war in eRepublik history since then.
Milestones
On September 07, 2008, GDR reached two milestones with one article: 50 articles and 150 subscribers, ranking within the upper echelon of the USA media. This article was the 8th in the series of "The Complete History Of War In Erepublik".
The GDR soon became more of a political newspaper after Desertfalcon won the party presidency of the RFC but once the North Atlantic War started up he returned to writing articles about wars and has experienced a surge in subscribers which increased by 150 within a week. With the outbreak of the Great Colbert War Desertfalcon started writing daily updates on the war and GDR experienced a huge boom of subscribers and went from 700 to 1,000 within 6 days causing him to reach media mogul on July 18th, 2009. He continued the updates after that and a little over a month later he reached his second media mogul medal on August 19th, 2009, his third on September 16th, 2009, and then his fourth on October 22nd, 2009.
