Gral. Velasco, born as Juanchii, is a Spanish citizen born on the day 665 of the new world community of Canary Islands - Spain. Had to migrate to Asturias, where it would install and learn to manage in the new world.

History

COE (Corps Special Operations)

Eager to discover the military module, soon came to the ears of Juanchii the creation of militias to fight for Spain around the New world.
