handray is a citizen of 
Indonesia. He is also battle hero for 
Argentina in Battle for Western Cape on Indonesia-Argentina War.
Presidency
handray is the president who make a statement by himself that Indonesia leave ONE but many Indonesian prefer Indonesia to stay in ONE and grab Indonesia back to ONE. Then, he announced that Indonesia was still in ONE.
He also the first president who can't save congress election. So Indonesia for the first time didn't have any congresses. He got impeached informally via social-politic-media judgment by Indonesian people.
Military
handray is part of the K.E.R.E.N military group. He also the commander of that military unit.
