Juan Manuel is a Colombian citizen. He was fundamental in working to have Columbia added to the game.
As Colombia was not a part of Erepublik, Juan Manuel spent his early life in Venezuela. He was a member of Democratic Party of Venezuela. Later he moved to Japan and has settled in an occupied territory of South Korea. After while he returned to Venezuela.
