Kartalon was a citizen of Spain since April 22, 2008.

He was eRepublik Ambassador. An official Ambassador Program was a one-time program in eRepublik, to honour those players who contributed the most for propagating eRepublik, and in general help the improvement of the game experience by translations and added programs.

He is the Press director of La Voz de Erepublik. This newspaper was ranked in top ten newspapers in Spain during 2008.

• In May 2008, he acted as the Job Minister, Spokesman, and Vice president of Spain.

• He also served as Party president of the Partido Media Vida in that month.

• He was elected President of Spain on June 1, 2008 and served one term.

During his term, he openly criticised Pakistan and their official religion Dioism Spanish Government condemns Pakistan. This has earned him a title of. He features in the Third Book of Dio The Trumpets of Dio/Trumpet 1 - THE FIRST TRUMPET: The Trumpet Sound in Spain.
