Leo Shinji is an elite citizen of Malaysia.
He was awarded the title of 
eRepublik Ambassador, for his efforts of propagating eRepublik In Real Life. He is one of the Translator Team Member for the Malay language and one of the mentor in the Mentorship Program for Malaysia, which is both lead by the Head of the Mentor Program, Amli Nujhan.
Leo is a RL Malaysian born in the New World on 29 May 2010 without parents and any caretaker. No one wants to adopt him since he is too cute to handle. He managed to survived his Life for a month before he died because of hunger.
Reborn
On February 2012, Leo decided to return back and revived after nearly 2 years being dead. Although he made a successful comeback in the New World, his RL life still prevented him from focusing on eRepublik and he became a 2-Clicker player.
He started to focus on eRepublik in October 2012 when he was invited personally by then current President, Firebourne to join his Cabinet but he decided to reject the invitation as he wanted to learn more before becoming active in Politics.
Leo was offered by the Indonesian Government on the same month to further his studies at IPDN (Institut Pendidikan Dasar Nasional/National Institute of Basic Education), an Indonesian University which is offering the whole basic education in Politics, Military & some other subjects and later on became one of the first Malaysian who managed to graduated from a university outside of Malaysia.
On January 2013, Leo was invited again to join the Cabinet by the current President, Nerzhu1 after finishing his studies at IPDN . He accepted the offer and became a part of the Cabinet serving several roles over a duration of time as a member of eMalaysian Democratic Union.
Political
eMalaysian Democratic Union is the first Party that he joined and later on, he decided to run for the Congress on 15 November 2012 and won the Congress seat. After that, he became a regular Congress member in Malaysia.
He hold the Minister of Immigration & Interior portfolio on January 2013 after the previous Minister, Mhifzan decided to focus as the Minister of Finance. Leo decided to step down from it on the next term after a controversial issue regarding a Citizenship application which leads to a war between Malaysia & Thailand.
Despite the controversial issue, he was still involved in the Cabinet as a Vice Minister of Defence on February 2013 before he gets promoted to Minister of Defence on the following month. During this term, he was actively involved in the Non-aligned Nations of eRepublik Alliance where he served in the Alliance leadership in several different positions. He served as the Minister of Defence for 3 months before decided to retire from the political arena. He also became a 2-Clicker since then until his bodies was once again found dead in his house by his neighbours on 2015.
Second Reborn
March 2020 is the month where a lot of old players of Malaysia (including Leo) were getting summon to bring back the glory of Malaysia. Leo with some of his compatriot rallied a number of RL Malaysians to take down a Romanian Military unit, Brothers in Arms (BIA) which have came to Political takeover Malaysia during the inactivity of the RL Malaysians and have been ruling for a very long time. The rebellion and resurrection of the RL Malaysians was a great success where they manage to Political takeover two out of three Party of the BIA on their first try during the Party elections on the same month.
Since then, they continue to take over the whole Government by winning the Congress elections and the Presidential elections and manage to secured the Government from the BIA until now.
New Era
During this period, a lot of changes has been made by the RL Malaysians to repair the damage done by the BIA. Leo was appointed as the Prime Minister of Malaysia on June 2020 and served for two months before he was offered to be the Minister of Foreign Affairs because of his experience, his wide knowledge in international issues and his excellent communication skills especially when dealing with the Indonesian Government because he was educated at a university in Indonesia. This has led to closer ties between Malaysia and Indonesia and Leo even managed to bring in a few of the Indonesian players to migrate to Malaysia to strengthen the nation. Some of them has been allowed to hold the important positions in the Government such as the Minister of Defence, Prime Minister and even Country president.
On January 2021, Leo has been appointed as the Minister of Defence by the current President Awang to replace the late minister, Rayleigh Silver who has been murdered by a well-known Military unit from his home country. During his term, Leo has introduced Kejohanan Liga Perajurit Nasional, a tournament to encourage all the Malaysian citizens especially the newbies to actively join the Battlefield and gaining higher ranks and level. It was held for two weeks and received a lot of praise and request to prolong the event. The event has been organized again by Leo for another three weeks with higher rewards. Leo has served as the Minister of Defence for exactly 1 year before stepping down to focus on his military career.

Military
Leo started his military career when he joined the eT.D.M and later on became the Captain of the 3rd Regiment in the eT.D.M on January 2013. He moved to eRegimen Renjer on August 2020 after the Military unit was declared as one of the official government's Military unit. Leo gets promoted as the Captain of the 4th Regiment in the eRegimen Renjer and served for the Military unit for a few month before he decided to moved to another new government's Military unit, Angkasa Raya which are created to gather all of the strong pilots in Malaysia.

In March 2013, Leo was invited to be one of the pioneer basketball manager in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), a professional eRepublik basketball league in the Philippines composed of mostly company-branded franchised teams. His team, Petronas Cules represent the Malaysian team alongside his Malaysian rival team, Puma Mouth which was managed by his best friend, Mhifzan. Leo also has been appointed by the Philippine Basketball Association Commissioner, Boy Pick Up to became one of the ePhilippine Basketball Association Promotion Partners which to promote the league to the Malaysians.
