Luke Magitem has many skills, though he is primarily skilled in manufacturing jobs. Luke has always been with his home country of France and worked their his whole life.
Presidency
Luke Magitem went into office in a hard time for France, in the midst of World War IV. Their treasury had been raided by Lyne Faynel, and Spain was advancing through French territory quickly, though Paris still stood. Luke won the elections for president by a supermajority of 64% under Parti Koinmuniste and NOBLE. Luke defended France the best he could, signing MPPs with nations he thought could stall Spansih invasion. Unfortunately Paris fell, and the Spanish offered a treaty of surrender. Luke Magitem refused, but shortly after this descision he was banned. After Luke Magitem, Ginman was the leader of France.
Afterward
Luke Magitem's ban was eventually lifted and he saw France come back on the map and oversaw the placement of their Q5 hospital in Corsica. He went to Corsica and ran for congress in February, winning. He went again in March and was reelected, still fighting for his country France.
