Istanbul
The capital of the Marmara is Istanbul. Soon after Phaedrus Lidox became president in August 2008, a petition[1] was sent to the Ambrotos Byzantium Kratos controlled Congress to change the name of Istanbul to its historic name of "Constantinople". Many older residents were outraged. Though the majority of Congress voted for this change, the Admins decided that city names could not be changed.
