Minister of Justice is a cabinet position in countries like Austria, Canada and Belgium who is appointed by a President as the head of the Ministry of Justice. Duties of the Ministry of Justice are to uphold the law and make sure the laws and the constitution aren't broken by decisions made by congress. Another responsibility held by the Minister of Justice in many of the countries that have a Minister of Justice is to draft a new Constitution that has to be confirmed by Congress.
