Moving tickets must be purchased and used with a citizen or organization for moving to another region or country. The quality of the moving ticket determines how the move will affect the citizens wellness. Organizations don't have wellness so they will not lose any wellness points.
The higher the quality, the less wellness a player will lose; the two best ticket types (namely Q4 and Q5) will actually help a player gain wellness.
Citizens cannot move (to another country) if they are:
- employed
- belong to a political party
- serving in congress
- serving as president
If the citizen has a house, it will move with the user.
Manufacturing
Moving Ticket require oil for production.
