Politics
Nanton was an active politician. He served many terms in congress of Finland and in Japan. He has also been the Vice president (country) and President of Finland.
His first Party president position was in 
Liberaali Edistyspuolue (November 2008).

Presidency
Under nanton's leadership as a President of Finland, the Finnish government and regime were founded and organized, the first congressional code of conduct was formed, and the first ministries were conceived. Also, the first Finnish military unit was formed: Suomen Vapaajoukko (Finnish Volunteer Corps), which was later to become the famed NTJ, Finnish Rapid Deployment Force. The rest of the Finnish regions were liberated in the SPEAR'08 military exercise between Finland and Norway, and the last remaining Finnish region was liberated on 6th of December 2008.
Military
Commander of armed forces of Finland during Finland-Norway War (11 November 2008 – 6 December 2008). The Finland-Norway War was a continuation of the First Finnish Independence War. During the independence portion, Finnish resistance fighters gained the regions of Western Finland, Southern Finland, and Eastern Finland and elections were held. This allowed the nation of Finland to wage war against Norway to reacquire its remaining territories. After four long battles, Finland finally succeeded in its quest for independence and was finally whole.
