Oaxaca is a region in Lithuania and its capital is Oaxaca. Its original owner is Mexico.
History
Oaxaca was conquered a number of times by the USA during World War V, as part of the failed Mexican invasion of the USA known as the Mexico-USA War. At the end of the war, Oaxaca was the last remaining Mexican region when the peace treaty was signed.
