P.A.N.D.A was a political party from 
Belgium. It had a big potential, and it was on the glory days 1st party on National Rank.
P.A.N.D.A had the best relations with H.O.P.E. party.
They wanted to change political things in Belgium, and they were active in the Belgian community. They had good relations with all parties, but, H.O.P.E. was big sister of P.A.N.D.A party.
The end of P.A.N.D.A
After articles about PTO attempt in Belgium were published, and showing who actually Prime Minister is, PTOers candidate for the party presidency in P.A.N.D.A and PTOed it. On elections day 15. november 2013, current PP changed the name and description of the party, informing all members that they should leave the party, as it was obvious that there is no way of saving the party.
On November 16. 2013 PTOers took the party.

All party members can contact Party president and Presidency of P.A.N.D.A.
If 80% of Party Members want to PP leave his function, he will leave it formally, but, not until next elections (to prevent PTO). Party members will vote for Temporary Party President who will be on the head of the party until next PP elections.
Any member could apply for Congress and Country President elections.
