New Identity

Party leader, TeMing, in July 2011, decided to rename the party to eMalaysian Welfare Party, to give the party a new identity as the party was suffering due to the rise of eMalaysian Liberal Party. The move didn't result in the party making a stronger impact, but was sufficient enough to compete with eMalaysian Liberal Party. It did however do much better compared to Parti Kemajuan eMalaysia, which was struggling at that time. The party went on to have a respectable amount of support.
