Pituffina for most of the political life was a party member of the HAUPEI, with the exception of being briefly for a month in Patria Libre. Elected one time as President of Paraguay, 37 times Congress member and 18 times party president of HAUPEI.

Pituffina was a 2nd Commander in Armada Paraguaya, in the past was a soldier in Ejercito Paraguayo. Pituffina's last unit was AwesomeHits Vol.2, later known as Black Mirror Society.
