Jobs & Working

Job Market

Job listings can be found by selecting Market and then Job Market.
Jobs can be sorted by Skill Type, Skill Level and Nation.
So if you are a new player, you want to search All Skill Types, Skill 0 and North Korea. To make it easier for you, just follow this [link]!
Now hopefully there will be a selection of jobs listed for your skill level of 0.
If not, you can send a PM to the [North Korean Employment Agency] and ask for them to add more jobs to the market for you.

Job Type

Your next choice will shape the rest of your time in this game: which industry will you choose?
Land Skill is used for collecting raw materials in the Grain, Wood, Iron, Diamonds and Oil Industries.
Manufacturing Skill is used to turn raw materials into Food, Weapons, Gifts or Moving tickets.
Construction Skill is used to turn raw materials into a Defense system, Houses or Hospitals.
The most demanded skill is usually either Land or Manufacturing, so choose an industry that uses one of those skills (such as Grain or Weapons).

Companies

Once you have chosen a skill to develop, you need to choose the right company to develop it in.
Obviously the company with the highest wages is the best, but there is one other factor to consider. Under the name of the company there will be a set of stars, more stars means that you will lose more wellness when working. When starting out make sure that you choose a company with only one star, this means that you will only lose one wellness per day from working. For more information on this see the Wellness section!

Working

After applying for a job, you can select My Places and then Company to see the page of your employer. Now all you need to do is click Work on that page once a day, it is as simple as that!
After taking a job you are obligated to work for that company for three days, however if that company runs out of materials or money you can leave earlier. Once your three days are up you should check the jobs available for your skill level and see if you are being paid a fair wage.
If there are jobs available to you offering a higher wage you can either Resign and take that job instead, or send a PM to your employer and ask for a raise!
However, when taking a new job, make sure it increases the same skill as your last job. You want to concentrate on one of the three job skills and get it as high as possible, this will get you the best wages in the long run.
