Portugal-Spain War
The Portugal-Spain War was a military conflict that took place in two phases during the early days of World War V. It began with Portugal declaring Spain as a natural enemy, and ended with the Spanish conquest of Portugal.
Portugal initially avoided being completely conquered with the assistance of Brazil and the USA, both of which having strategically secured territory in the Iberian Peninsula that blocked Spain from attacking the final remaining Portuguese region of Algarve. However, eventually Spain successfully pushed both Brazil and the USA off of the continent. When Spain liberated Andalucia during the Brazil-Spain War, it would provide an avenue to finally defeat Portugal completely. Spain declared Portugal as its natural enemy, and finished conquering all her regions (though Canada took the last one as part of a Terra-aligned region swap).

Background
The war began with Portugal and Brazil attacking Spain in an attempt to stop the Spanish attack upon France during the Third Spain-France War. France was a signer of the Terra alliance, and Portugal, Brazil, and the USA, all came to the French call for assistance. In the beginning Brazil was the only country who could win battles against Spain, and when the USA joined the war by attacking Galicia from Norte, Spain faced war on multiple fronts. However Spain took the initiative, and swiftly advanced through Portugal, the USA, and Brazil, while simultaneously holding its ground and then advancing into France.
After conquering Portugal, Spain suspended its western advancement and backed ONE countries in their wars against Bulgaria and allied EDEN member-states. Eventually Spain would use conquered Portuguese territories to launch multiple incursions into the Americas during the USA-Spain War and the Brazil-Spain War.
