Productivity

For Raw Materials

W = 1/4 * A * B * C * D * E * F

For Construction and Manufacturing

W = 1/2 * A * B * C * D * E * F

Where,

W = Total Productivity Points.
A = Skill Multiplier
B = Employee Multiplier
C = Wellness Multiplier
D = Regional Bonus Multiplier
E = Trivia Multiplier
F = Company Quality Multiplier


Skill Multiplier

if S = 0
A = 0.1
else
A = S

Where,

A = Skill Multiplier
S = Current User Skill in that Industry


Example:

A worker with 3.0 skill will have a 3.0 Skill Multiplier

Employee Multiplier

if Ne ≦ Nr  :  B = 1 + (Ne/Nr)
if Ne > Nr  :  B = 3 - (Ne/Nr)
if B  < 1   :  B = 1

Where,

B = Employee Multiplier
Ne = Number of employees in company
Nr = Number of recommended employees for that industry


Example:

The recommended number of employees for a manufacturing company is 10. With that we can make the following table contains the various Employee Multiplier for the industry.

Wellness Multiplier

C = 1 + 2 * W / 100

Where,

C = Wellness Multiplier
W = Wellness level of the user


Example:

A user has 60 wellness points, then his wellness multiplier is 2.2.


Regional Bonus Multiplier

For Raw Materials

D = regional productivity for that industry


Where,

D = Regional Multiplier No Regional Productivity = 0.01
Medium Regional Productivity = 1.00
High Regional Productivity = 2.00


For Construction and Manufacturing

D = 1


Trivia Multiplier

E = 1.50


Since then there is no trivia, an 50% bonus is added to productivity. Check Insider article for more information.

Company Quality Multiplier

For Raw Materials

F = (11-Z) / 10

For Construction and Manufacturing

F = 1 / Z

Where,

F = Company Multiplier
Z = Company quality


Example:

A Raw Material company of quality 5 is going to have a 0.60 multiplier. That will reduce the users total productivity.
A Construction or Manufacturing company of quality 5 is going to have a 0.20 multiplier. That will reduce the users total productivity more than in a Raw Material company.
