Project C.A.R.E. is a secretive multi-hunting organization run by the American C.I.A.
Founding and Operation
CARE was founded by Rod Damon in the summer of 2009 to address eUSA's need to combat enemies through as many legal means as possible. Rod Damon remained in command of Project C.A.R.E. until his promotion to Director of the CIA at the end of 2009. Deputy Director Elizabopolous took over as director, and was succeeded by Mjb Silent. CARE has a prestigious track record of successfully reporting multi-makers and cheaters, though they maintain a policy of silence in regards to any specific case.
