Son of Fram & Zina80, Punisher 1389 was originally born in Canada and raised in Canada, but decided to emigrate to the USA! He's a mean drinker, but a nice guy who enjoys females with big butts! He's also the brother of Code-Y.
Politics 
He was a member of United States Workers Party and has been in Congress for this party on 2 occasions! He was also a member of the Canadian Paradox Party & EPIC when he was in Canada, and served several terms with these parties.

He was also an ambassador to

He was a Congress member for Imperial Party, as well serving as Governor of Canada.
After his world travels, Lawkee has settled in Australia where he has become the most influential figure on a political and military scene. His absolute control of political scene in Australia can be shown by his 28 election to the Prime Minister of Australia. (Prime Minister in Australia is equivalent to President in the New World). Being head of state 28 times; elected 13 consecutive terms as Prime Minister/President and then serving another 7 consecutive terms as a Head of State.

Later on 2nd Commander of The Imperial Force followed by Commander of The 501st Legion.
While in Australia, he was appointed Commander of Australian Defence Force, where he achieved a rank of Legend XX
