qIron was situated in New South Wales, Australia. It was founded during the Chile vs Argentina PEACE wargames to take advantage of the extreme shortage of Iron and Weapons in Australia. qIron then saw a Production Quality Upgrade to 3 stars on the 1st of October 2009 in an attempt to endure the new Import Taxes introduced a week earlier which resulted in bankrupting many local companies.
The salary of each individual worker was calculated based on their wellness and skill. Salaries were adjusted after 3 days of being employed if the employee did not meet or exceed average calculated initial salary.
