Rockman 9 was a citizen of Thailand. He is named after the Japanese title for Megaman 9, yet strangely used a picture of Megaman X in his articles.[1][2][3] He served two terms as president for the country. He was known to have a hatred fro the people of Pakistan and especially Trichoplax.[4] His true nationality was apparently Brazillian. [5]
His death by banning was discovered December 30, 2008. Whether this was related to his rants against Pakistan will be a mystery to this day.
It is unknown whether he actually completed the game he is named after.
