Scania is a region of Sweden. Its capital is Malmo (Swedish: Malmö) . It is now under the control of Sweden. Scania was for a long time occupied by foreign powers, but Radsoc accomplished to take the region back during his time as president - Something the bourgeois have failed to do. This with the help of the Workers' Militia and the KPeD.
