Selecao was an organization of Japan. It was created by five of the desired twelve members of the organization, these twelve members will be contributing to the New World.

Mission
It's purpose is to create a better World and restore order to the New World. Although most of it's plans are secret due to the fact that they most likely will be interrupted, it will fight for the betterment of the Countries it reaches.
Goals
- Restore order to the New World.
- Stabilize Economy throughout the World
- Stabilize Countries throughout the World.
- Reduce power gap between Countries.
- Establish a Global Peace Organization, that will work to ensure World Peace.
- Destroy everything that is a menace to our goals.
Seleção Members
Seleção is composed of XII members who will work for the betterment of the World, beginning in their own countries. Each one works independently from one another, unless there is an emergency, in which case they shall be called upon.
Seleção Ranking System
All Seleção Members have the same power and influence inside Seleção, but to ensure that order is maintained and that they don't stray from their mission, there is a Seleção appointed as a Supporter, who will maintain order within the organization.
The Supporter
As previously mentioned the Supporter is a Seleção Member, although he is a member, and since all Seleção work individually, no other Seleção, other than himself and much less non Seleção Members, know his Identity. His identity remains hidden, and if he realizes that one of the Seleção is not doing his job correctly, which is serving his country, the Seleção is booted from the Organization and is stripped from all support from the Organization.
"Noblesse Oblige"
It means "Nobility Obligates" translated from French. It symbolizes the duty the followers or those under the Seleção have. The followers are "Obliged" to follow their commands, unless it harms the country in which he is working. It also symbolizes the obligation of the Seleção to continue fulfilling his/her duties.
