Skills are related to industries, not to company types:
- Construction - House, Hospital, Defense System
- Manufacturing - Food, Moving Tickets, Gifts, Weapons
- Land - Agriculture, Iron, Oil, Diamonds, Wood
Notes
- Skills influence productivity.
- No minimum skill is needed in order to work in a company (no matter it's quality level).
- When you upgrade your company, your employees will not raise their skills.
How does my skill increase?
Your skill increases automatically every time you work.
| Current Skill | Skill increase (after work) |
|---|---|
| Between 0 and 1 | 0.50 |
| Between 1 and 2 | 0.25 |
| Between 2 and 3 | 0.10 |
| Between 3 and 4 | 0.05 |
| 4 & Above | 0.02 |
How long to reach a level?
