Sulawesi, or Celebes, is a region of Indonesia. Its capital is Palu.
Geography
Sulawesi lies in the center of Indonesia, and is therefore a less-strategic region. It does, however, border the (originally) Philippines region of Mindanao

As of 10 June 2011 (day 1298), Sulawesi has a population of 431. On March 2008, sandygee, the governor at that time, started a program to increase transmigration from Java to Sulawesi.
Economy
Currently, Sulawesi is a region with cattle productivity.
Constructions
This region had a Q3 hospital build in early days of 2008 which was later destroyed. Currently Sulawesi has one hospital built over it.
