THE_BLACK_HAND is the citizen and 7th president of Slovenia.
THE_BLACK_HAND is the highest Conjurer of Circle of five and Black Magician of the Church of Vampirism and the Occult. It is very claustrophobic and cannot stand the sun and has to live in big cellar (coffin is not good enough) until sun sets. The only thing that can hurt it is listening to Marta Zore.
He became the 7th president of Slovenia on 6th of January 2009 with support of ZS and SDS parties.
His death by permanent banning was discovered on March 12, 2008.
