for dead alliances why dont we add the Austo-German Empire (i think thats what they called it) and have Germany and Austria as its members -ice_freeze

Because that wasn't an alliance, that was a union. The United Netherlands is not an alliance. When Belgium was a part of the UK, that was not an alliance. In my opinion, by damage they make. Main alliances this year were Asteria, Aurora and Sirius (ofc, Aurora and Sirius are gone, he just keeps marking them like that for better view, as they aren't neutral). Others may have had a lot of members but were nowhere near as strong as these three. You can see it here.
