I agree that it's not the first, there have been tons of massive multiplayer strategy games, this dishonesty from the admins never ceases to amaze me. -- Vodalian

Still, there is NationStates, CyberNations, Particracy, Second Life, etc. Might as well just say "Erepublik is one of the largest and exponentially popular massively mutliplayer online games..."
