This template creates a succession box column to be used with Template:Start and Template:End, preferably replaces templates Template:S-bef and Template:S-aft.

Usage

The format is {{s-vac|additionalparamater=text|as=text}}, where text is replaced by the text to be displayed.

Additional parameters (only one can be used)

• reason (optional) — Reason of vacancy
• last (optional) — Adds a line "Title last held by" and a name has to be added (e.g. last=andycro)
• next (optional) — Adds a line "Title next held by" and a name has to be added (e.g. next=andycro)
• lastunknown (optional) — Adds a line "Last known title holder" and a name has to be added (e.g. lastunknown=andycro)
• nextunknown (optional) — Adds a line "Next known title holder" and a name has to be added (e.g. nextunknown=andycro)
• as (optional; can be added with one of the previous ones or as a standalone) — Adds a title line beneath a predecessor's name to designate a change in title and a reason has to be added (e.g. as=interim)
