Aluminum & aluminium

1st of all happy new year, since this is the first post of 2019 :p
2nd, I believe this grammar correctness for this element isn't actually needed since both terms are recognized officially. It just differs between American and British English. Pretty much the "aluminum" is the British one as I get it from what I read.

@Jimkats1: Grammarly I completely agree, but in-game we are using Aluminum and we follow what our Admins integrate. This is very important for us here at wiki as some templates can only find exact naming, primarily the L and DL templates. And yes, it is sometimes super confusing, especially with this Aluminum/Aluminium as many countries actually use more commonly Aluminium. I think when they were determining the naming they used Google and it returns more commonly Aluminum... Sometimes Google is not the best. :D P.S.
