The transformation treaty

The transformation treaty is a document adopted on a day 1129 of the new world (23 December 2010), during a conference on establishing Czechoslovakia. This document practically prepare the transformation of the Czech Republic and Slovakia into Czechoslovakia. This text isn't the Czechoslovak constitution, but it is legally binding.

Citizenship

Citizenship will be given according to the list gradually, priority will be company owners to easily transfer.
Who will be getting the citizenship will be decided by the Czech-Slovak commission.

Finances

Exchange of CZK - SKK

All citizens will be asked to contact Slovak National Bank. The exchange rate will be in exchange rate 1 SKK = 3 CZK
About cases where CZK will be given back to the owners will decide Czechs.

After the exchange, ČNB will buy obtained CZK in exchange rate 1 GOLD = 100 CZK
If accounts of ČNB will be not enough, CZKs will remain in Slovak National Bank

In Federation

The national bank will be aforementioned Slovak Bank ČNB. ČNB will be independent on expenses and its main duty will be getting CZK. Every month Slovak National Bank will send to ČNB 90 GOLD, from it 10 GOLD shall be in CZK .

Re-creation of the Czech Republic: If Czechs decide to create Czech Republic by the legitimate way, Slovak side is obliged to pay MPP, resistance wars, to help with diplomacy etc.

Politics

President will be either Czech or Slovak (foreigners will be considered as Czechs or Slovaks according to the current situation) and its priority that they will be changing.

Vice president will be always of opposite nationality than the President.

Ministries and functions will be distributed ideally 50:50 between Czech and Slovaks.

For Czechs, there will be 2 parties, it is up on them if they will want them to be national or assimilated.

Czech core regions shall be loaned only if Czechs agree.
