Tyler McKinlen is a 
United Kingdom born citizen of the United Kingdom.
Tyler is also the self proclaimed prophet and leader of The Church of Rainbowfish. He has had little political or military involvement in his life. He has his own, small, newspaper; The Rainbowfishiologist, to which he commonly writes everything from historical articles to philosophical inquiries.
