The U.N.P. also União Nacionalista Portuguesa was a social and political movement located in the Portugal which advocated transparent government, participatory democracy, centralization of wealth, a defensive-offensive posture, foreign policy, personal and global responsibility, and an outlook towards the future. It prided itself in the help it offered to new members of eRepublik. The governing body of the UNP was the party president.
The UNP was a movement that actively have a political and social role in Portugal society.
U.N.P. History
Founding the movement
The party was founded by TERIANA exclusively by its own gold. In the first few days, the UNP created a structure that felt like a movement, differentiating from other parties that existed in that days, like Partido Portugal and Partido contra a TO do Helder.
The beginnings were humble movement that soon transformed itself in a party. Many friends of TERIANA joined the party, like Henrique, Lito Costa, Revenger PR, Jose Baptista, Naoconsigoencontrarnome, EURICO.COM.
Becoming a Party
On day 1181 the U.N.P. started to prepare for the first party elections, everything runs normally and being accepted by overall majority, TERIANA was reelected, but external interest for controlling the new party soon are felted by the intruder Krosark. His plan to control the party become obvious to all of its members. After that Krosark was banned for multiple accounts.
But the demise of the recently created party didn't stop at this point. On day 1182 TERIANA was banned from the game leaving the recently created UNP without leadership. At that same day Revenger PR took the place as the party president before election day and with the help of Henrique was proposed to continue as a Party President in the same path as TERIANA, but a misfortune happened again and Revenger PR was also banned for having multiple accounts, and after this incident Henrique leave the U.N.P.

Bem-vindo ao nosso movimento! Este jornal, de caris nacionalista, levará aos eportugues o nosso novo movimento político, a UNP, União Nacionalista Portuguesa. Nós condenamos qualquer tipo de bloco militar internacional existente e somos contra esse tipo de alianças, defendemos que cada país deve ser soberano de si mesmo e autónomo. Defendemos a uma ligação económica e militar hispânica (Espanha e Portugal) e melhoramento das relações com todos os epaíses falantes das línguas Ibéricas. Nós somos a Falange do progresso português no mundo, queremos o vosso apoio! The first president of the party, TERIANA, wanted that party members become an active part of the Portuguese society. That is why he proposed that all members must use the logo of UNP as their avatar. For that, a fashion house was commissioned to create the basic layout for the avatar of the party, Didier Sachs made the offer that was accepted by the party.
