The Free-Thinking Party holds fast, keeping the four seats it gained for the first time the previous month. The PCP and UK Reform both gain a seat each, while The Unity Party and MDU both lose a seat each. This subtle tip in the balance of power can be seen as a large setback for Unity, who are now back as the second largest party in congress, despite their two seat gain in the February elections.

The April elections were contested by the UK Reform Party, The Unity Party, the People's Communist Party, the Radical Freethinkers Alliance (formerly the Free-Thinking Party) and Foward Britain (formerly the Movement for Democratic Unity).
The number of citizens eligible to vote was 2709 and 694 people voted, giving a turnout of 25.6%. The lowest turnout for a party (votes/party membership) was Forward Britain with its total votes coming to only 30% of it's membership, compared to 49% for both the Radical Freethinkers Alliance and The Unity Party, and 40% for the UK Reform Party and the People's Communist Party. This suggests that both the Radical Freethinkers Alliance and The Unity Party are most in touch with their members, while Forward Britain failed to stimulate its membership into voting.
It should be noted that the Liberal Social Democrats also put forward candidates in some regions, standing under the logos of other parties.

The April elections were contested by the UK Reform Party, the People's Communist Party, The Unity Party, the Radical Freethinkers Alliance and The British Empire Party. Forward Britain, which was once again named Movement for Democratic Unity had been joined by most of the members of the Liberal Social Democrats in a merger, but still failed to make the top five.
The number of citizens eligible to vote was 2627 and 1027 people voted, giving a turnout of 39.1%. This is over 10% of higher than last month's turnout, suggesting a wider interest in this month's elections.
