United Liberals is a party created in Bulgaria after Bulgaria conquered some parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina and former party Liberalna Stranka BiH was renamed by new party president pulss. More information about party can be found on Bulgarian version of the article.

The party served as a pro-Phoenix lobby during the time when Bulgaria was neutral along with the Bulgarian Democratic Party. After Bulgaria joined EDEN, the party fell apart and later was used to bring the Bulgarian Democratic Party back to the political scene when it was PTOed.
