This is a prototype component for {{LangMenu}} that will replace the plain flag icon with a clickable flag icon via an imagemap.
Usage

{{{1}}}= The name of the language in its own language; default value is English{{{2}}}= The name of the country in English; default value is English{{{3}}}= Optional mouseover message; default message is "Read this article in (Language in English)"
