Carlos is a four term congressman in eDenmark who joined early on in November of V1. Initially he was surprised that he was airdropped into Sweden splashing the contestants of a charlie chaplin look alike contest, however he made the best out of a bad situation and immediately got a job at a grain company in Sweden which was the one which had the highest starting salary.

His first month in erepublik was rather quiet as he did not have the experience points neccessary to join a party or run for office much to his frustration. But, after a month working several jobs he finally aquired the needed level and with it 5 GOLD with which he used to fund the newspaper "Average Joe". As soon as Carlos could he ran for congress on a Flashback Sweden ticket in Sjealland. He fortunately won the election with a grand total of 1 Votes. He was immediately motivated too join the erepublik.se forums as he saw them as a vital part of his office. That was where he learned the true inner workings of erepublik and met and discussed with the leaders of the time.

After two productive terms as FBS congressman for Sjealland Carlos moved to Hovedstaden and immediately began to fight against the swedes right down to his bare hands in the resistance war which was part of the Danish independence agreement. He joined the Weberian Bureaurocracy Party because of Grev Per's presidency of the party. A few days later he was elected as a congressman for WBP, seen as the best election he won as he was finally a congressman in a free denmark. He met other danish people such as A. wHolst, HrBjorn, skinke and others whoere among the select few who knew Denmark as a free state before Swedish occupation 9 months earlier.

Presently Carlos is deputy head of defence under Grev Per, Former (A) Hole of Sweden (both of which HrBjorn appointed him to) and a congressman. He is also the general manager of united resources and Grain bros. but has been forced to temporarily shut them down due to productivity issues.
