Deriviriles is born in Catalonia. He is Catalan politician linked to the political party Unió Nacionalista where he has held many political positions. He is catalan independentist, he developed the state outgame of Catalonia, establishing the institutions of the Catalan identity as the Catalan Parliament (this works as Congress) and the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia (this works as a government). After the failure of the project and after some attempt to seize power in the form of technocratic dictatorship as Leader of Catalonia, he decides to leave politics outside the scope catalan and abdicate in his Almenar son. He is co-founder of Gudariak, a militia fighting against the oppression of the unrecognized villages. Currently he holds a top Unió Nacionalista representations in Egypt where it was moved to help in achieving Egypt Catalan state. Derviriles belongs to the Royal Family Catalana (kings of the Catalan Countries), heir to Pau Esteve I, he holds the title of Count of Barcelona.
