Jecs was born in Paraguay in the day 600 of the New World. As soon as he could he participated in the political life of his country and in July of 2009 he was elected as a congressman of the Paranena region (the capital of the country) for the H.A.U.P.E.I. party, at the time this party was the main stronghold of eParaguayans against the T.O. attempt.

In October of 2009 he was elected for Congress for the second time but this time as a member of the Partido Alianza Social instead of H.A.U.P.E.I.

His campaign was based in the promotion of a National Constitution from the Congress that it would been supported by the admins. Once elected he wrote the first constitutional text, but the intention of establish the constitution ceased once the admins determined not to support any National Constitution.

He took a break from his political career until in December he run for president of his party, the Alianza Social, and won the elections. In January of 2010 he was the presidential candidate for his party and lost the general elections against Xelgand, the prestigious former manager of the National Bank of Paraguay.

In february he was once more selected by his party as the official presidential candidate and won the general elections by a scarce margin against Paranoik, the other favourite for that elections.

At the present day he is ruling as president of his country.
